Help Support Local Hero Brett Bondurant
 Thursday, July 4th Brett Bondurant will be at Great American Ballpark! Brett will be throwing out the first pitch against the Giants on our Independence Day, and what better way to celebrate than by supporting a local hero while watching America's pastime? Tickets are $25, and $2 of each goes toward helping Brett build a new home. Hope to see everyone there!

Mission Auction
The Churches of Rising Sun are hosting a Mission Auction on June 22nd at the Fox Family Farm on State Route 56. Auction begins at 9 A.M. and 100% of the proceeds go to Believers Against the Abuse of Alcohol and Drugs, the Lawrenceburg Pregnancy Care Center, and Sonlight Ministries in Haiti. There are lots of items check out risingsunchurchofchrist.org for the complete list! Also, items can still be dropped off at the Fox's farm on the 21st.

  It's that time of year again! Start or join a team to help raise money for the American Cancer Society and help fight back against cancer. The dates will be June 22nd-23rd, and will be held at South Dearborn High School. Also, don't forget to stop by City Hall and drop some change in the employee canister of your choice! The Rising Sun High School boys baseball team has won this years regional! After two games in one day, the Shiners prevailed and moved on to semi-state. Semi-state will be held this Saturday, June 8th, at 1 P.M. in Plainfield, IN. Click here to watch the homecoming caravan!

 Protect Your Family from Substance Abuse is a free educational program that will be held at the elementary school at 6 P.M. on June 4th. Children ages 10 and up are welcome and there will be a movie on the City's new blow up projector screen.
