Lions Club Golf Outing is Saturday, June 28th
The Rising Sun Lions Club is hosting its 19th Annual Paul Scudder Memorial Scholarship Golf Outing this Saturday, June 28th at Vineyard Golf Course with an 8 am shotgun start.   Registration is from 7:30 to 8 am the day of or you can register in advance through Dwayne Griffin (812-438-2893) or Mark Guard (812-525-8911).  Cost is $200 per four-person team or $50 for individuals.  Entry fee includes 18 holes with cart, food and non-alcoholic beverages.  Skins are optional at ...

OCCF Supports Industrial Access Gateway Project

The City of Rising Sun extends its sincerest appreciation to the Ohio County Community Foundation for awarding the city a $5000 grant toward the Industrial Access Road Gateway Project.  We appreciate our partnership with OCCF in helping us better our community and improve the quality of life of our residents.
