February is Heart Health Month and the Purdue Extension Office of Ohio County invites you to a course held every Tuesday in February at the Rising Sun Health Department from 10 to 11 am.

The course will help you learn how to reduce stress, learn and sample heart healthy recipes, learn the most common causes of heart disease and how to identify the normal levels of good, bad and total cholesterol.  There is a free cholesterol check and incentives for completing the course.
