Catfish Tourney is September 6th and 7th

The Ohio River Valley Cats 9th Annual Team Catfish Tournament will be held in Rising Sun on Saturday, September 6th from 8 am to 4 pm and Sunday, September 7th from 7 am to 3 pm.  The staging will take place at the city’s new boat ramp off Plum and Front Streets.

Guaranteed prize money includes $10,000 for first place, $2000 for second, $1400 for third and down to $100 for 25th place.  There is a big fish prize of $2000 too.

All teams are invited to the Mayor’s BBQ during and after weigh-in on Saturday.
