Rising Sun is pleased to announce that the 4th of July fireworks will once again be launched from the riverfront. The Rising Sun Lion’s Club will be on Front Street grilling out and selling refreshments from 7 – 10 p.m.. Come down early and stake your claim to a piece of terraced riverfront for your night time viewing pleasure. The Side Effects will be playing under the shelter next to the playground from 7-10 p.m. and My Own Pony will be offering free pony rides from 7-9 p.m. Rent a golf cart for the day from J & J Recreation near Fryman’s Landing boat dock on Front Street and explore the town.
