The City Of Rising Sun has lowered its flags to half staff due to the passing of Barbara Bush, former First Lady of the United States.  She died Tuesday evening in her Houston, Texas home at the age of 92.

Mrs. Bush was the wife of 41st President George H.W. Bush.  They were married for over 73 years marking the longest marriage of any U.S. presidential couple.  She was also the mother of 43rd president George W. Bush.
