The Education Center of Rising Sun has several events coming up for people of all ages from mid-October until just before Christmas.

Register for one or more of their baking classes to help get you ready for the holiday season.  Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays (some are two-day classes) and include: scratch pumpkin pies, quick breads and yeast breads, cakes from scratch, desserts, pumpkin rolls and fresh apple crumb pie, gingerbread houses (including assembling and decorating), candy making, Chirstmas cookies and cheese cake.  Please see the attachment below for specific dates, times, fees and registration information for each class.  

In addition, there is a specific registration form below for scratch pumpkin pies which is the first class in the series. This is a two-day workshop for high school students and adults to be held on Tuesday, October 14 and Thursday October 16.  You can choose between two times: 9 am to 11:30 am and 6 pm to 8 pm.  Space is limited to only 10 people per class so sign up now.  

For children age 9-14, the Education Center will host STEM Camp (science, thechnology, engineering and math) on Tuesday, October 14 from 9 am to 3 pm.  The cost is $20 which includes a t-shirt and lunch.  Please see the registration flier below.
