Due to weather, some of tonight’s festivities at Rising Sun’s Navy Bean Fall Festival have changed.

The Senior King and Queen Pageant and the Navy Bean Fall Festival Queen Pageant are being moved inside of Heritage Hall on Main Street starting at 5:45 pm.
