The Rising Sun Wellness Spa opened on April 1, 2008.  Unfortunately, it is being sold by the spa’s owner.  But do not fear.  As one door closes, another one opens.

Jennifer Brittain, a veteran licensed massage therapist, helped build a successful massage therapy business at the former spa.  The L.M.T. has opened a new place of business in Rising Sun called Heavenly Hands Massage. It’s located inside the Pendleton Art Center at 201 Main Street.  Guests can enjoy a scenic, beach-like atmosphere where they can totally relax, unwind and escape from all the cares in the world. 

Brittain is certified in therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, medical, relaxation and pregnancy massage. While trained in several types of therapies, she designs each massage to fit the individual needs of every client.
