Helen Fletcher, a 33-year employee of Rising Sun Municipal Utilities, has passed away. The City of Rising Sun offers our deepest and heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and those who had worked here with her over the years.

At Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, the visitation will be Sunday, June 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be Monday, June 29 at 11 a.m.

Memorials may be made to the Rising Sun Fire Department or Ohio County EMS.
