Mayor Brent Bascom, police chief David Hewitt and Karrah White of Rising Sun Main Street have been diligently working together to host the One Voice Walk, a recovery walk designed to raise awareness and give hope to those still struggling with addiction.

The event will be held Saturday, November 5 at 2 pm.  The walk, free to participate in, will start and end at City Hall.  Our Rising Sun Police Department will lead the walk and the Rising Sun Fire Department will welcome everyone back everyone at the end. 

A big thanks goes out to Caudillio’s Pizza and Tandy’s IGA which are donating food and drinks for everyone that walks.
