The City of Rising Sun is saying goodbye to longtime Police Lieutenant Brian Browning. An Open House will be held in Brian’s honor from 2-4 pm on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at City Hall (200 N. Walnut Street).

Brian has over 28 years of employment as an Officer at the Rising Sun Police Department.

Please stop by the City Building December 30, 2021 from 2-4 pm and join us in saying farewell to one of Rising Sun’s finest Officers. Refreshments will be available.
