The Rising Sun-Ohio County Parks Department is having their annual coloring contest for the upcoming holidays. The goal is to receive 150 completed coloring sheets from children ages 3-18 to give to every senior citizen at the local nursing home and senior housing units in Rising Sun.
We are asking children and teens to participate in this activity so that we can make the holidays a little brighter for our local senior citizens. The color sheet is attached. The deadline is 12 pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 to be eligible for the random prize drawing. If you have questions, please call the Parks Department at 812-438-2700.
