With many individuals dealing with reduced or no income because of a recent change in their job status due to COVID-19, Rising Sun Municipal Utilities understands some may not have funds available in their account to pay their bill on the 10th.

If you would like to withdraw from ACH, pleae call RSMU at 812-438-3616.  If you would like to withdraw from autopay on invoice cloud, you will need to go to the website (link) and opt out of that feature.
