Rising Sun Municipal Utilities is accepting applications for an entry level Billing Clerk.  Applications can be picked up in the utility office at 200 N. Walnut St., Rising Sun, IN.  Completed applications and resumes must be returned to the Superintendent at the utility office in person or by mail (P.O.
