This purchase must be made directly in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office at Rising Sun City Hall on 200 North Walnut Street. Come visit us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. any Monday through Friday this February. Pay by cash or check. Sorry, but online ordering is not available for this special offer.
