Rising Sun/Ohio County Tourism will be hosting a Halloween Parade on Monday, October 31 starting at 5:00 pm. Line up is at 4:30 pm at City Hall. Please see attached for all details!

Trick or Treating will immediately follow the parade – 6 to 8 pm.
