It is with great pride that the City of Rising Sun presents its citizens and others with this in-depth summary of our city’s current status. Through this Community Report, we are not only able to take a look back at our achievements over the recent years, but also get a glimpse into what the future may hold. It is the honor of our elected office holders, appointees, staff and community leaders, who relentlessly give their time and effort, to be able to make Rising Sun an enjoyable and safe place to live, work and play.
