Rising Sun Municipal Utilities Billing Cards

Dear Rising Sun Utility Customers,

The post office has lost the billing cards for Rising Sun Municipal Utilities.   The cards were taken to the Lawrenceburg Post Office on February 27, 2025. All billing cards go to Lawrenceburg then Cincinnati and back to Rising Sun.   This is not controlled by anyone at the Rising Sun Post Office.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.   

All utility bills are still due on March 15.   If you have not received your bill, please call the utilities at 812.438.3616.  Also, you can go to the city website (www.cityofrisingsun.com) and click the Pay or View your bill tab on the right side of the screen.  That will take you to Invoice Cloud where you can view and pay your bill on this site.  There is a charge of $5.45 for debit and credit cards.  If you choose to use an ACH the charge is $1.95.
